Tila kicked off National Nutrition Month by serving his signature Asian-influenced cuisine at Adelphi.

Adelphi students thronged the University Center cafeteria on听Wednesday, March 9, 2016, to sample the cuisine prepared for them by听celebrity chef Jet Tila, known for his听appearances on the Food Network shows听Chopped, Cutthroat Kitchen听补苍诲 Iron Chef America.听Tila听came to Adelphi to kick off听National Nutrition Month and听show students how delicious balanced听meals can be.听
On hand to help Tila serve the popular Asian-themed dishes were Adelphi President Christine M. Riordan and Timothy Burton, Adelphi’s senior vice president and treasurer.听
