Policy
Tuition Exchange is a consortium of over 700 colleges and universities in the United States which allows dependent children of active full-time employees, with at least two (2) years of continuous full-time employment, to apply to earn their first Bachelor’s degree at participating institutions other than 91³Ô¹ÏÍø tuition free or discounted. An employee must continue in an active full-time position in order to continue eligibility.
