Student Pregnancy and Parental Leave
Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (鈥淭itle IX鈥�), 20 U.S.C. 搂1681 et seq., is a Federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex鈥攊ncluding pregnancy and pregnancy related conditions or concerning a student鈥檚 parental status鈥攊n educational programs and activities.
