The Help Desk uses a work order tracking system called Footprints, which is customized for 91³Ô¹ÏÍø to allow faculty and staff to put in service requests. The system is used to track problems, make requests and track changes.
If you need assistance with campus-related technology issues, please submit a work order request describing the problem. Your request is assigned a unique ticket number so that you can check the status.
To submit an IT request, please use the . This form provides a faster, easier way to request IT assistance from any device and will automatically create a work order in the Footprints Work Order System.
