Jewish Chaplain<\/h2>\n

Adelphi\u2019s\u00a0Jewish Chaplain\u00a0serves as the spiritual adviser to the Jewish community at Adelphi.<\/p>\n

The rabbi is available to provide individual and group counseling and assists with the development of Jewish life on campus. The rabbi can also provide introductions to local synagogues representing all branches of Judaism.<\/p>\n

Office Hours<\/h3>\n

Wednesdays from 12:00 p.m.\u20133:00 p.m.
\nSpecial appointments are available upon request.<\/p>\n

High Holy Days<\/h3>\n

For Jewish students who would like to attend Holy Day services, please see the below information. To reserve a seat, please call or contact the synagogue to make arrangements.<\/p>\n

Garden City Jewish Center<\/h5>\n

Adelphi\u2019s Alan Shoenfeld, PhD, is on the board and personally invites you. Closest synagogue to campus. All information is on the\u00a0Garden City Jewish Center website<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Temple Judea of Manhasset<\/h5>\n

Temple Judea has invited students for years to come and worship on the holidays. Call the Temple office at 516-621-8049 and ask for tickets to be picked up at the door.<\/p>\n

Central Synagogue of Rockville Centre<\/h5>\n
