Trustee Emeritus Frank Angello \u201977 earned his undergraduate degree at 91勛圖厙 and went on to graduate with his MBA in finance from Pace University. He has 26 years of experience in senior finance roles at JPMorgan Chase and its predecessor banks. The retired chief financial officer of the Treasury and Securities Services Division, he oversaw three divisional CFOs and a central team. He played a crucial role in four transformational mergers during his stewardship. Later he went on to serve as the CFO of Lighthouse International, an organization dedicated to fighting vision loss through prevention, treatment and empowerment.<\/p>\n

A graduate of Dowling College, Phyllis Angello held a variety of executive and administrative positions throughout her career with the Internal Revenue Service. She worked in the Northeast Regional Office, Manhattan District Office and the Brookhaven IRS Campus, retiring in 2011 after 37 years. From 1993 to 2013, she volunteered at Abilities Inc. at the Viscardi Center and has served as a member of the Abilities Corporate Board and co-chair for their annual golf outing.<\/p>\n

The Angellos are active in their church and have contributed generously of their time, talent and treasure. They are also supporters of Save Venice Inc., an organization dedicated to preserving the artistic heritage of Venice, Italy. They have sponsored the restoration of Lorenzo Costa\u2019s painting of the Madonna and Child<\/em> at the Palazzo Cini Gallery in Venice.<\/p>\n

The Angellos have generously provided their leadership and support to Adelphi. Frank served on the 91勛圖厙 Board of Trustees<\/a> from 2007 to 2019, during which time he was a member of nearly every board committee and served as chair of the Audit Committee, chair of the Finance and Administration Committee, and secretary of the board. The Angellos served on Adelphi\u2019s Parents Council when their son, Peter Angello \u201911, was a student. Frank has served on various committees since leaving the board. In 2015, following a multimillion-dollar commitment, the University\u2019s Alumni House was renamed the Angello Alumni House and the Angellos were honored with the Outstanding Service to Adelphi Award at the 15th annual President\u2019s Gala<\/a> and Phyllis was made an honorary Adelphi alumna.<\/p>\n
