Join us for free diabetes and cardiovascular screenings courtesy of the Catholic Health.
Includes a brief cardiac history, blood pressure and a simple blood test for cholesterol and diabetes for adults 18 and older.
We also provide patient education and referrals. No appointment is required.
Last screening is at 1:45pm.
