They serve as ambassadors of 91³Ô¹ÏÍø, gaining unique opportunities to interact with Adelphi\u2019s Executive Fellows, alumni, and industry leaders.<\/p>\n<p>By integrating the strengths of the Executive Fellows, the Adelphi Leadership Fellows Program will empower students and strengthen the University&#8217;s ties with its successful alumni, fostering a community of engaged and dynamic leaders.<\/p>\n<h2>Objectives<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Develop Leadership Competencies:\u00a0<\/strong>Foster critical leadership skills through targeted workshops and real-world applications.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enhance Networking Opportunities:<\/strong> Facilitate connections with alumni, industry leaders and Executive Fellows.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Encourage Personal Growth:<\/strong>\u00a0Promote self-awareness and personal development.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prepare for Leadership Roles:<\/strong>\u00a0Equip students for future leadership positions in various sectors.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Strengthen Alumni Engagement:\u00a0<\/strong>Integrate alumni more deeply into the University community through the Executive Fellows Program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Selection Process<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Eligibility:<\/strong> Open to juniors, seniors and graduate students starting Fall 2025. The deans of each college will nominate the cohort.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Application:<\/strong> Candidates apply by highlighting their academic achievements, leadership experiences and a personal statement on their leadership aspirations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Interview:<\/strong> Shortlisted candidates undergo a comprehensive interview process.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Selection:<\/strong> A committee will select 20 students for the program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Program Overview The Leadership Fellows are distinguished students who exhibit exemplary scholarship, integrity, maturity and a well-rounded personality through active engagement and leadership across the University.
